The Daily Dub

Tonight, I was doing an a pre-screening event for my job (Metromix.com) & we were showing the movie “Journey to the Center of the Earth” starring Brendan Fraser. Besides the security guy being all super strict about no cell phones/no piracy yada yada, I was surprised that the entire theater was filled up to the last seat.

• Maybe it was the 3D effects?
• Maybe because it is kinda a family/kid movie?
• Maybe just because the pre-screening passes were free?

Either way, it is Brendan Fraser people! I lost hope on him back in the days of “Encino Man”, lol (..and let’s not mention “Airheads” which someone reminded me about today).

I am still 50/50 on his new Mummy movie co-starring Jet Li. I mean really, how many times can you raise a damn mummy, lol. Maybe he should call the Ghostbusters, i’m sure they need work.
