Eddie Murphy talks about retirement from the movie business

I for one would not be saddened by this at all! I mean come on, when was the last time you got all excited to go to a Eddie Murphy movie at the theater? What… Nutty Professor? Yea, that’s about it! (ok, maybe the second one too)
He says that in 2 years and 8 months, when he turns 50, he is officially calling it quits from movies. Then he is going to blaze the stage and take it back to his roots. Thank goodness!
One word of advice though, no more tight-ass, red leather suits, lol.

Peep this new video for NY’s own Swizz Beatz. Is it just me, or does this sound like Cassidy’s “I’m A Hustler” (minus the Jay-Z sample)?
Maybe it’s part 3 or something, lol. Come on Swizz, we need NEW stuff!

I am really feeling this song & think that I will actually pick up his upcoming CD. His last album was good, but not THAT good… in my opinion. I mean, he definitely had that whole “Hip Hop Is Dead” movement going, which was good. Especially when we have silly so-called music artists like Soulja Boy running around the place (and pissing off of hotel balconies).
